Today’s labor market reality shows that a lot of students require additional training after graduation to enter the job market. To overcome this systematic challenge, EduBild projects provide hands on training and experience with soft skill training to shape the required compatibility for students.

99% of business’s in India belong to the MSME sector and a lot of them require modern innovative solutions to their 21st century industrial challenges. These challenges are not being solved because of lack of human resources, time or knowhow. Our survey validated this point, as we observed that only 4.8% of students wanted to work in the MSME sector while 61.6% preferred MNCs.

Experienship is a program designed and run by EduBild which is a combination of correct project choice for you based on your assessed skills, soft skill training, live project with supervision and overall promotion of employability readiness for Indian students. Participants joining the program receive internship letter at the completion and gain not only experience but also improved skills, market awareness and boosted employability with more chances of getting hired. In our projects students work on live projects and be as creative as possible to find solutions to real industry problems.
