Roles and Responsibilities

Eligibility:

  1. 5+ years of professional experience in Business Development and Lead Generation
  2. Educational Qualification: BBA, MBA, B.Com
  3. Should be a resident or willing to relocate to Bengaluru
  4. Should have a vehicle with driving license and able to travel within Bangalore

Requirements:

  1. Knowledge of LinkedIn as a sales and marketing tool is a plus.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada.
  3. Ability to understand customer’s industry and core business processes.
  4. Needs analysis, positioning, business justification, and closing skills.
  5. Proficient in MS Office Suite
  6. Knowledge of working with Sales CRM like Zoho, etc.
  7. Ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities (not limited to):

  1. Conduct the entire sales process from lead generation and negotiation, to closing and post-sales follow up
  2. Proactively initiate and engage sales calls to new prospects.
  3. Walk in clients / Incoming calls / Outgoing calls to enquiries generated from marketing activities
  4. Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts;
  5. Locates potential business deals by contacting potential customers; discovering and exploring opportunities.
  6. Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.
  7. Input data into CRM for all leads and contacts
  8. Generate target Lead Lists for the companies using tools like LinkedIn, Twitter, databases, etc.
  9. Find email ids and phone numbers using contact details identifying tools
  10. Meeting the daily targets of finding companies, leads, and their contact details
  11. Provide feedback (prospect needs, industry trends, market perceptions, competitive intelligence, etc.) to management
  12. Ability to report on results and hit and exceed quarterly goals. ´╗┐Travel and Client Meetings bills reconciliation
  13. CTC: Negotiable based on previous drawn CTC and relevant experience.
