Architect enterprise-wide collaboration portals, content management systems, and workflow automation tools. Design hybrid SharePoint environments, integrating with Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and third-party solutions. Define SharePoint security models, role-based access controls (RBAC), and compliance frameworks. 2. Development, Customization & Integration Develop custom SharePoint applications, workflows, and web parts using SPFx, Power Automate, and Power Apps. Implement document management systems, metadata taxonomy, and search-driven knowledge management. Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft Teams, Azure AI, Microsoft Graph, and business intelligence platforms. Optimize AI automation, chatbots, and collaboration intelligence for enhanced productivity. 3. Governance, Security & Compliance Establish and enforce SharePoint governance policies ensuring regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA, BFSI). Implement backup, disaster recovery, data retention, and eDiscovery policies. Define security policies, encryption standards, and multi-factor authentication (MFA) requirements. 4. Migration & Performance Optimization Lead migrations from legacy systems or on-premises SharePoint to SharePoint Online. Optimize performance, search indexing, and scalability of SharePoint sites. Automate site provisioning, document approval workflows, and AI-driven content recommendations. 5. Collaboration, Training & Adoption Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and training to SharePoint developers and admins. Work with business teams and stakeholders to promote adoption of SharePoint solutions. Enable self-service, no-code/low-code automation using Power Platform tools for end-users.
