Refunds will only be considered if requested within 3 days of the initial purchase date.
To request a refund, users must email our support team at with the subject line "Refund Request" followed by the Edubild ID number.
Any misuse of our platform, including but not limited to sharing account access, can result in immediate termination of your subscription without a refund.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are generally processed for services not rendered or technical issues on our part that prevent you from accessing our platform.
If you have accessed more than 50% of the provided content, tools, or engaged in services, you may not be eligible for a refund.
If you've benefited from any of our services, like the AI-driven tools, been matched with a job or project, or have accessed our affiliated courses, a refund might not be applicable.

Processing a Refund

Once approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be credited back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Any transaction fees or applicable taxes might be deducted from the refund amount.

Non-refundable Situations

Any purchase made during promotional or discounted events.
Failures on the user's part, such as not checking system requirements or neglecting to use the platform.
Dissatisfaction with the platform due to personal preferences or expectations
